Purpose and Intent:
The Purpose of this information is to provide official information describing the attributes of the credenitaled Diplomate of this board. This information will identify the requirements to become a Diplomate and to recertify with accreditation. It will define the ethical code by which Diplomates are expected to conduct their practices and list those chiropractic physicians who have achieved the status of Diplomate, subscribed to the code of ethics, and the date recertified and accredited.
